Summary

A case of parenchymal opacification of a segment of the pancreatic head without severe clinical sequelae is described. The authors discuss the pitfalls of the technique of duct filling and wedging of the cannula in a segment of the pancreatic duct. They call attention to the risks of such complications in patients with intolerance to i. v. administration of contrast medium. ERP, parenchymography, intolerance to contrast medium.

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über einen Fall einer Parenchymdarstellung eines Segmentes im Pankreaskopf ohne schwere klinische Folgeerscheinungen berichtet. Die Autoren diskutieren die Probleme der Gangfüllung, insbesondere wenn die Katheterspitze in einen Seitenast des Ganges eingeführt wird. Schwerwiegende Komplikationen könnten sich bei Patienten mit einer Kontrastmittelallergie ergeben.
