Zusammenfassung

Zur Klärung der Kontrastansammlungen lateral des Choledochus bei Cholezystektomierten nach i.v. Cholangiographie wird an Hand von eindeutigen Beispielen bewiesen, daß es sich um den retrograd mit Biligrafin gefüllten Bulbus duodeni handelt.

Summary

The authors have investigated the accumulations of contrast medium which are seen lateral to the common bile duct after intravenous cholangiography in postcholecystectomy patients. They could prove with the help of striking examples, that this phenomenon is due to a retrograde filling of the duodenal bulb with Biligrafin.

Résumé

La concentration de substance de contraste dans la région latérale externe du cholédoque lors de la cholangiographie intraveineuse chez les malades cholécystectomiés est due, comme quelques exemples démonstratifs le prouvent, à l'image du bulbe duodénal que la Biligrafin a rempli par voie rétrograde.
