Siebbestrahlung subkutan gelegener Lymphome

Zusammenfassung

Das Ziel der vorliegenden Untersuchung war die Bestimmung der optimalen Bestrahlungsmethode zur Behandlung von zervikalen, axillären und inguinalen Lymphknotenmetastasen. Die Auswahl der Bestrahlungsbedingungen muß sich nach Ausdehnung des zu bestrahlenden Herdes und Art des durchstrahlten Gewebes richten. In bestimmten Fällen eignet sich die Siebbestrahlung gut für die Behandlung subkutan gelegener Lymphome. Während für zervikale und axilläre Lymphome die Tiefentherapiestrahlung anzuwenden ist, sind für inguinale Lymphome Halbtiefentherapiebedingungen zu empfehien.

Summary

The aim of the present investigation was the determination of optimal methods of radiation in the treatment of cervical, axillary and inguinal lymph node metastases. The choice of the type of irradiation must depend on the area to be irradiated and on the intervening tissues. In certain cases sieve irradiation is very suitable for the treatment of subcutaneous lymphomas. For cervical and axillary lymphomas deep therapy, and for inguinal lymphomas semi-deep therapy is advisable.

Résumé

Le but de cette étude consiste a déterminer la meilleure méthode d'irradiation pour le traitement des métastases des ganglions lymphatiques des régions cervicales, axillaires et inguinales. Le choix du plan d'irradiation doit dépendre de l'extension des métastases a irradier et du genre de tissu irradié. L'irradiation filtrée est dans certains cas très satisfaisante pour le traitement de lymphomes sous-cutanés. Pour les lymphomes cervicaux et axillaires il faut par contre utiliser la radiothérapie profonde, il est recommandé d'employer une méthode de radiothérapie semi-profonde pour le traitement des lymphomes inguinaux.

Resumen

El objetivo de la investigación consistió en determinar el método de irradiación óptimo en el tratamientode metástasis linfáticas cervicales, axilares e inguinales. La elección de las condiciones de la irradiación debeorientarse de acuerdo a la extensión del foco a irradiar y naturaleza del tejido a tratar. En algunos casos esmás adecuado utilizar la rejilla en el tratamiento de linfomas localizados en el tejido subcutáneo. Mientrasque para los linfomas cervicales y axilares debe emplearse la radioterapia profunda, en el caso de linfomasde lozalización inguinal debe preferirse la radioterapia semi-profunda.
