Möglichkeiten und Grenzen der intraoperativen Cholangiographie

Zusammenfassung

Aufgrund achtjähriger Erfahrung kann die systematisch durchgefuhrte intraoperative Cholangiographie als das sicherste Mittel der Gallenwegsdiagnostik empfohlen werden. Verschiedene Verbesserungen, z. B. die Kombination mit der Fernsehapparatur, werden besprochen.

Einige bisher noch nicht beschriebene cholangiographische Befunde werden diskutiert.

Summary

As a result of eight years experience the author recommends systematically carried out operative chol-angiography as the most reliable method in the investigation of the bile ducts. Various improvements, e.g. combination with television methods, are discussed.

Some cholangiographie appearances which have not been described previously are mentioned.

Sur la base de huit ans d'expériences l'auteur recommande la cholangiographie peropératoire systématique comme l'exploration la plus précieuse pour le diagnostic des voies biliaires. L'auteur étudie diverses améliorations, comme une combinaison avec un moniteur de télévision.

Exposition de quelques altérations cholangiographiques, qui n'ont pas encore été décrites jusqu'à maintenant.

A base de una experiencia de ocho años, puede recomendarse la colangiografía operatoria sistemática como el medio de diagnóstico más seguro de las vías biliares. Se comentan diversos perfeccionamientos, por ejemplo, la combinación con el televisor.

También se discuten algunos datos colangiográfícos no descritos hasta ahora.
