In this report, we describe the case of a 24-year-old man with Alagille's syndrome who presents with progressive hearing loss and found to have a posterior fossa epidermoid tumor. This patient was treated with a complete resection of the tumor and made a complete recovery following surgery. We perform a literature review and propose a novel pathophysiological link between these two conditions.
