Zusammenfassung

Einer 21jährigen Patientin wurde peroral durch ein Fiberendoskop mit einer Diathermieschlinge eine Choledochocele abgetragen. Nach dem komplikationslosen Eingriff war die Patientin beschwerdefrei. Durch die endoskopische Elektroresektion wurde ihr eine große Abdominal-operation erspart.

Summary

A choledochocele was removed with a diathermy loop through a fiberscope introduced by mouth in a 21-year-old female patient. There were no complications and the patient has remained without symptoms. This procedure obviated a major abdominal operation.
