Cholezysto-Tomographie und Gallenblasen-Leertomographie

Zusammenfassung

Nach eingehender Darlegung der röntgen-physikalischen Grundlagen der Verhältnisse bei der Ubersichtsaufnahme des rechten oberen Abdomen, dem entsprechenden Übersichts-Tomogramm, der Cholezystographie und der Cholezysto-Tomographie unter spezieller Berücksichtigung klinischer Verhältnisse wird an Hand der tabellarisch genau aufgeschlüsselten Ergebnisse von 147 Tomogrammen der Beweis für die Richtigkeit der eingangs aufgestellten Arbeitshypothese geführt und die praktische Bedeutung des Verfahrens dargelegt. Für die Durchführung des dabei erforderlichen Untersuchungsganges werden unter Bekanntgabe der dabei angewandten Technik die erforderlichen Angaben gemacht.

Summary

After a detailed account of the roentgen-physical bases of the conditions in roentgenograms of the right upper abdomen, in the respective tomogram, the cholecystography and the cholecystotomography under special consideration of the clinical conditions, the tesis put up at the beginning is proved on hand of the exactly tabulated results of 147 tomograms and the practical signification of the method is indicated. The technique to be applicated in this examination is described.

Après un rappel des données radiologiques particulières au carrefour supérieur, en particulier pour la tomographie, la cholécystographie et la tomographie de détail du cholécyste, l'auteur présente un tableau rendant compte de 147 tomographies, montrant l'importance pratique de la méthode. Resumen

Después de explicar en forma detallada las bases físico-roentgenológicas de los factores esenciales en la proyección panorámica del abdomen superior derecho, del tomograma panorámico correspondiente, de la colecistografía y de la colecisto-tomografía y teniendo especialmente en cuenta las condiciones clínicas se trata de demostrar la validez de la hipótesis de trabajo planteada al principio así como la importancia práctica del procedimiento de acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos en 147 tomogramas que se sintetizan en una tabla correspondiente. En lo que respecta a la técnica más adecuada, se dan indicaciones precisas para la realización del plan de exploración mencionado.
