Significance

The authors developed a series of chiral phosphite-oxazole/imidazole ligands for the asymmetric intermolecular Heck reaction between 2,3-dihydrofuran and various aryl triflates. Microwave irradiation is also introduced to improve the efficiency of the reaction.
