Publication History
Publication Date:
27 September 2002 (online)
The title compound was prepared by a diazo-transfer method, and utilized for synthesis of an adamantane-substituted ketene and heterocycles including 1,2, 3-triazole,1,2,3-thiadiazole, oxazole, and β-lactam derivatives. Fluorination of this compound was achieved by boron trifluoride promoted dediazotization to give the corresponding α-fluoro-β-oxo ester.
