Zusammenfassung

Es wird ein Fall eines ungewöhnlichen Verlaufes eines metastasierenden Rektumkarzinoms mit einer massiven genitalen Manifestation und deren palliative plastisch-chirurgische Behandlung berichtet.

Abstract

We report a case of an uncommon course of a metastatic carcinoma of the rectum with genital manifestation and the palliative plastic surgery treatment.
