Spielt das Herz noch mit? Labordiagnostik bei Herzerkrankungen – mehr als nur Troponin und BNP

Die kardiologische Diagnostik ist schon lange Domäne bildgebender Verfahren: Vor allem Ultraschall, aber auch Röntgen und EKG haben ihren festen Platz in der diagnostischen Aufarbeitung „herzauffälliger“ Patienten. Ist in diesem Bereich der Tiermedizin noch Bedarf bzw. Platz für labordiagnostische Untersuchungen? Die Antwort auf diese Frage ist ein klares „Ja“!
