Um Hypotension während der Spinalanästhesie zu vermeiden, wird bei elektiven Sectio caesarea die Gabe von Vasopressoren empfohlen. Eine Gruppe hat untersucht, ob dabei die Gabe von Hydroxyethylstärke (HES) oder Ringerlaktat effektiver und sicherer ist.
