Classifications of sacral fracturesZusammenfassung
Dieser Artikel benennt und beschreibt die gebräuchlichsten Klassifikationen von Sakrumfrakturen und ordnet diese nach klinischer und prognostischer Relevanz sowie systematischer Reliabilität ein. Dabei wird auch auf die Sonderstellung des Sakrums als Bindeglied zwischen Wirbelsäule und Beckenring eingegangen.
Abstract
This article names and decribes the most commonly used classifications for sacral fractures and dicsusses their clinical and prognostic relevance and provides information on their systematic reliabiliy. In this context, the articles focuses on the special situation of the sacrum as connecting keystone between the spine and the pelvis.
