Abstract
More than 1500 different compounds in tobacco and its smoke are known in the time
being. Also the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are considerable chemical groups
in the healthy affairs. The investigations of cancerogenic N–nitro compounds are formed
difficultly, especially nicotine effects which are centre of research. The number
of the known nitrogen compounds reached more than 200, which are derivatives of amines,
amido group, pyridine, pyrazine, nitro polycyclic, cyanics, nitro compounds etc.
