Zusammenfassung

Obwohl das neurologisch arbeitende Team die Störungsbilder Neglekt und Pusher-Symptomatik schon lange kennt, gibt es noch viele Fragen hinsichtlich gezielter Überprüfung und Therapieansätze. Vor allem eine differenzierte Untersuchung wird zukünftig helfen, diese komplexen Störungsbilder zu erkennen und zu behandeln. Christian Zange gibt in seinem Artikel einen Überblick über etablierte bzw. sinnvolle Messinstrumente der Pusher-Symptomatik (PS) und des unilateralen Neglekts (UN). Er fordert valide Assessmentverfahren, einheitliche Definitionskriterien und parallele Diagnostik für Patienten mit entsprechenden Verhaltensauffälligkeiten.
