Einleitung

Auch sehr diskrete Netzhautveränderungen können bei entsprechender Lage in oder unmittelbar neben der Foveola vom Patienten deutlich bemerkt werden. Die Untersuchung der Funktion mit der Amsler-Tafel ist leicht durchzuführen und kann wegweisend sein, um das pathologische Areal einzugrenzen und diskrete Befunde nicht zu übersehen.
