Die nasale Verabreichung von Naloxon unter Verwendung eines geeigneten Zerstäubers ist eine nicht-invasive und zeitsparende Möglichkeit zur Therapie von lebensbedrohlichen Opiatintoxikationen. Zahlreiche Studien belegen die Wirksamkeit und Sicherheit der intranasalen Applikation.
