Schmerz wird von Menschen mit posttraumatischen Belastungsstörungen (PTBS) als häufigstes somatisches Symptom berichtet. Die Komplexität und Verschiedenartigkeit der Schmerzen bei Traumafolgestörungen sind sehr herausfordernd in Diagnostik und Therapie. Dieser Artikel will einen Überblick hinsichtlich der häufigsten Schmerzformen bei Traumatisierung schaffen.
