Zusammenfassung

Bei der chronischen Depression handelt es sich um eine heterogene Gruppe, die am ehesten anhand von Dauer der Störung ≥ 2 Jahre und Schweregrad zu definieren ist.

Up to now chronic depression is described best by the duration ≥ 2 years and the severity of the illness.
