Zusammenfassung
Zahngeführte Bewegungen des Unterkiefers sind unphysiologisch. Selbst wenn klinisch und instrumentell zahngeführte Bewegungen ausgeführt werden, werden nur in 11 % natürlicher eugnather Gebisse eine so genannte „Frontzahnführung” beidseitig, in 89 % alle möglichen Kombinationen von „Front- und Gruppenführung” mit Balancekontakten in 83 % der Fälle gefunden. Die dynamischen bisherigen Konzepte entsprechen wie die statischen somit nicht den Verhältnissen in natürlichen eugnathen Gebissen.
In Abweichung von den bisherigen künstlichen Okklusionstheorien wurde nach dem Vorbild der Natur ohne Verwirklichung einer Gruppenführung, ohne Balancierung und ohne Front-Eckzahn-Führung in physiologischer Zentrik rehabilitiert. Die physiologische Okklusion wurde dabei im festsitzenden ZE, in der Teilprothetik, in der Totalprothetik, in der Implantatprothetik und in deren Kombinationen universal angewandt. Eine mangelnde Funktionstüchtigkeit oder eine verminderte Stabilität wurde weder vom Behandler festgestellt noch vom Patienten bemängelt.
Summary
Excursive motions of the mandible are unphysiological. Even if we do this clinically and instrumentally we find only in 11 % of the natural eughnatic dentitions a so called „anterior tooth-guided occlusion”. In 89 % you will find all possible combinations of „frontal guiding and dynamic occlusion on the laterotrusion side” (with balancing contacts in 83 % of the cases). So the dynamic concepts up to now do not correspond to the conditions in natural eughnatic dentures.
In contrast to present and artificial theories of occlusion I have reconstructed on nature a physiological centric without realizing dynamic occlusion on the laterotrusion side without balancing and without anterior canine tooth guiding. The physiological occlusion was in all these cases used universally: in the fixed restorative case, in the partial restoration, in the complete restoration, in the implantontology and in their combinations. It was afterwards neither by the dentist nor the patient reported that it did not work or that it was not stable enough.
