Indikationen
Ausgeprägte Penisdeviation (üblicherweise > 45 °), Kohabitationsunfähigkeit - weder Ruheschmerz noch Erektionsschmerz (seit > 6 Monaten schmerzfrei), Versagen der konservativen Therapie (z. B. medikamentöse Therapie, ESWT usw.).
Voraussetzungen für die Operation sind außerdem eine erhaltene Potenz und eine stabile Phase der Erkrankung.
