Highly Enantioselective Synthesis of Propargylamines Using (Mesitylmethyl)Benzylamine

Abstract
(Mesitylmethyl)benzylamine proved to be a highly efficient amine component for the copper-catalyzed enantioselective three-component propargylamine synthesis. Exceptionally high enantioselectivities (up to 99% ee) were obtained.
