Zusammenfassung
Die automatische Datenverarbeitung verspricht in der Homöopathie Vorteile bei der
meist zeitaufwendigen Repertorisation. Die ökonomische Speicherung der erheblichen
Datenmenge und das Erfordernis eines raschen Zugriffs zu den gesuchten Rubriken bereiten
noch technische Schwierigkeiten. Der Ablauf der automatischen Repertorisation wird
erläutert. Die Programme der Fa. HOMCO stellen ernst zu nehmende Möglichkeiten dar.
Das Arzt-Patient-Verhältnis könnte aber durch den Computer auch negativ beeinflust
werden.

Because of the large data amounts, repertorising is time-consuming and needs much
experience. In the pre-computer era, there have been many attempts to mechanize the
search for the simillimum. Computers are principally suited to meet all needs. An
ideal Computer program must be able to help in finding the special Symptom by any
key-word, and then generate a list of the best-graded medicaments. The existing programs
(e.g. the HOMCO K 821 d) are doing only the last. Another problem is the altered patient-physician
interaction, when an Computer is Sharing the anamnestic "dialogue". Over all, the
Computer must be carefully introduced in homoeopathic medicine.
