Der Verfasser entwickelt seine Auffassung, wonach erst das miasmatisch zutreffende Mittel den Patienten wirklich heilt, während die sog. Konstitutionsmittel zwar tiefgreifend wirksam sind, aber noch nicht den Kern der Krankheit treffen, evtl. sogar nur palliativ schädigen.

If several remedies are indicated, one has to prescribe at first the one being nearest to the most destructive miasm.
