Transurethrale Ultraschall-Lithotripsie im Ureter

Zusammenfassung

Die Ultraschall-Lithotripsie von Uretersteinen zeitigt erste erfolgreiche Ansätze, seit sie mit der rigiden Ureterorenoskopie kombiniert werden kann. Das Verfahren bietet im Vergleich zu den Extraktionsmethoden, vor allem im oberen Harnleiter, und zur elektro-hydraulischen Lithotripsie einige Vorteile (geringe Komplikationsgefahr, völlige Zerstörung des Steins zu Sand), andererseits kann das Endoskop bei ca. ⅓ der Steinpatienten nicht an den Stein herangebracht werden (Stenose, Abknickung des Ureters)

Abstract

The ultrasound lithotripsy of ureter calculi shows the first successful results since it can be combined with the rigide ureter-renoscope. In contrast to the conventional extraction procedures and the electro-hydraulic lithotripsy especially in the upper urinary tract offers this method some advantages (few complication rate, complete destroy of the calculus to sand). On the other hand in a third of the patients the endoscope cannot be positioned direct on the calculus (stenosis, kinking ureter).
