Zusammenfassung

Stereoresektoskop: Binokulares Resektoskop mit einem variablen Okularabstand von 60-73 mm und einem Objektivabstand von 2,65 mm. Ein Transformationsfaktor von 25 erlaubt einen ausgezeichneten stereoskopischen Effekt. Mit einem Außendruckmesser von 25 Charr besitzt dieses Instrument die übliche Norm des Resektoskops, die Schlinge ist um 320° drehbar, dadurch bleiben Okulare und Bewegungsablauf in weitgehend gleicher Ebene. In klinischer Erprobung konnte festgestellt werden, daß der ausgezeichnete stereoskopische Effekt die räumliche Orientierung erleichtert, die Handlichkeit des Gerätes ist durch die vermehrte Technik nicht eingeschränkt.

Abstract

Stereoresectoscope: Binocular resectoscope with a variable ocular-distance of between 60 and 73 mm and an objective-distance of 2.65 mm. A transformation-factor of 25 allows an excellent stereoscopic effect. With an outer diameter of 25 F, this instrument fits the usual norm of resectoscopes. The resection-sling is rotatable around an axis of 320°; thus, both oculars remain in a quite similar plane during resection. In clinical use it became obvious that the excellent stereoscopic impression eases orientation, while the more complex instrument does not impede handling.
