Summary
It appears that the Quadruple Nosode was effective in keeping about 84% of patients free from incapacitating respiratory infections in winter, even in a city community in the Midlands. Of the 16% of patients who got infections in spite of the nosode, it is clear that many of them had milder infections than expected. Four of them had the misfortune to take a dose during the incubation of a cold and suffered aggravations, but they may have developed an even better immunity as a compensation. Persons with deep-seated chronic illnesses may react badly and need treating with extra care. It seems clear that Quadruple Nosode is a powerful prophylactic agent against respiratory infections which can be given to healthy persons with a high degree of success.
