Abstract
At the request of the Editor, Prof K Ganapathy former Secretary and President of the Neurological Society of India has made available his submission to the Madras High Court. Dr. Ganapathy appeared twice before a division bench of the High Court. Following this the Government of Tamilnadu passed a Governement Order making use of helmets mandatory for two-wheeler riders and pillion riders.
