Akutes Nierenversagen ist vermeidbar

Das akute Nierenversagen nach herzchirurgischen Eingriffen ist häufig (bis zu 30% aller Patienten) und mit einer hohen Morbidität und Mortalität assoziiert [1]. In dem vorgestellten Projekt steht die Prävention eines akuten Nierenversagens in der Herzchirurgie durch biomarkergesteuerte (IGFBP7 x TIMP-2 im Urin) Intervention bei Hochrisikopatienten im Fokus [2].
