Homöopathie in der Palliativmedizin

Die Homöopathie ist die Richtung der Komplementär- und Alternativmedizin (KAM), die in der Bevölkerung am weitesten verbreitet ist und sich am stärksten im öffentlichen Gesundheitswesen etablieren konnte. Auch in der Palliativmedizin kommt sie zur Anwendung. Dieser Beitrag beleuchtet Grundlagen, klinische Evidenz und möglichen Schaden durch den Einsatz der Homöopathie und leitet daraus Empfehlungen für den Umgang mit ihr ab.
