Zusammenfassung
Die winkelstabile Plattenosteosynthese ist aus der modernen Unfallchirurgie und Orthopädie nicht mehr wegzudenken. Sie hat unterschiedliche Entwicklungsschritte durchgemacht, bis sie schließlich bei dem Produkt angekommen ist, das heute so weit verbreitet ist. Dieser Artikel liefert eine Einführung in die Grundlagen der winkelstabilen Plattenosteosynthese.
Abstract
Locking plate osteosynthesis has become an essential tool in modern traumatology and orthopedics. It has gone through a series of developemental stages until finally arriving at the construct that it is commonly used today. This article provides an introduction to the basis of locking plate osteosynthesis.
