Zusammenfassung
Wie kommunizieren Krankenpflegende im Zeitverlauf gefährdender Situationen? Auf der Datenbasis von Filmanalysen (vgl. Teil I und II) wird die Dynamik von Kommunikationsabläufen mithilfe von Short-Term-Sequenzanalysen, Baumdiagrammen und Long-Term-Zeitreihenanalysen darstellbar. Die Ergebnisse geben Einblick sowohl in typische Kommunikationsdynamiken von Direktiven (Aufforderungen) und Assertiven (Mitteilungen) als Schleifen negativer Reziprozität als auch in typische paradoxe Zeitverläufe, in denen die Handlungserfolge negativ mit den Ernsthaftigkeitsbemühungen der Krankenpflegenden korrelieren.
Abstract
How do female and male nurses communicate dynamically in jeopardizing situations? On the data basis of video material (see PART I and II) the dynamics of communication is represented by means of short-term and long-term sequence analysis, tree and time diagrams. The results give insights into typical patterns of directives (requests, commands) and assertives (notes, statements) as circuits of negative reciprocity and as paradox courses of time, in which action success is negatively correlated with serious efforts of nurses.
