Notfallsonografie des Herzens – Schritt für Schritt

Die Echokardiografie ist in Notfallsituationen ein wichtiges Instrument; denn mit ihr lassen sich lebensbedrohliche Pathologien des Herzens und der Aorta ascendens schnell und sicher nachweisen oder ausschließen. Im Folgenden stellen wir einen systematischen Ablauf für den Nachtdienst, in der Notaufnahme oder auf der Intensivstation dar.
