Zusammenfassung
Kurative oder palliative Therapie? Gerade auf Intensivstationen stellt sich diese Frage häufig. Mittendrin im Abstimmungsprozess des interdisziplinären Teams: die Pflegekraft. Sie soll die Entscheidung des Teams in entsprechende Pflegehandlungen umsetzen. Eine Gratwanderung zwischen dem Willen des Patienten und seiner Familie, beruflichen Verpflichtungen, klinischen Entscheidungen und dem Arbeitgeber.
