Die Messinvarianz von Fragebögen gilt als notwendige Voraussetzung für die sinnvolle Interpretation von Unterschieden in Skalenmittelwerten zwischen Gruppen. Was genau bedeutet Invarianz im statistischen und im praktischen Sinne, und warum ist sie so wichtig?
