Wie sicher sind Silikonimplantate?

Mehr als 80 % aller Brustrekonstruktionen werden mit Implantaten durchgeführt. In den letzten Monaten hat eine weltweite Serie von Medienberichten eine erneute Diskussion um die Sicherheit von verschiedenen Medizinprodukten eingeleitet, darunter auch Brustimplantate.
