Traumatische Symphysensprengung sub partu in der 40 + 2 SSW

Die traumatische Symphysen-Sprengung im Rahmen der vaginalen Entbindung gehört zu den seltenen, jedoch schweren peripartalen Komplikationen. Dieses Trauma kann sich auch ohne markante Risikofaktoren plötzlich unter Geburt ereignen und zu massiven funktionellen Einschränkung der Mutter im Wochenbett und darüber hinaus führen.
