Hypothyreose: Langfristige Gesundheit bei unterschiedlichen TSH-Konzentrationen

Die Einstellung einer Substitutionstherapie mit Schilddrüsenhormonen folgt bei einer Hypothyreose einem TSH-Zielwert von 0,4–4,0 mU/l. Eine individualisierte Anpassung erfolgt dabei nicht. Die Autoren überprüften in kleinen TSH-Schritten die Relevanz der TSH-Konzentration für den Eintritt kardiovaskulärer Erkrankungen, die Mortalität und Frakturen.
