Handtherapeutische Behandlung der Rhizarthrose

Es gibt eine Fülle an Behandlungsmaßnahmen, die die Daumenbeweglichkeit, Greifkraft und Handfunktion verbessern und Schmerzen reduzieren. Nicht für jede therapeutische Maßnahme liegt uns allerdings profunde Evidenz vor. Welche Interventionen sind sinnvoll und was sollten wir in der Therapie vermeiden? Wofür gibt es in der handtherapeutischen Behandlung von Rhizarthrose Wirksamkeitsbelege und was fußt eher auf Empirie bzw. Theorie?
