Selbstakupressur bei Menstruationsschmerzen per App
Die primäre Dysmenorrhö ist die gynäkologische Erkrankung, unter der Frauen im reproduktiven Alter am häufigsten leiden [1]. Nicht steroidale Antirheumatika (NSAR) und orale Antikonzeptiva sind zwar als wirksame Behandlung etabliert [2], bei ca. 20 – 25% der Betroffenen sind diese Medikamente jedoch aufgrund unerwünschter Wirkungen oder mangelnder Wirksamkeit nicht einsetzbar [2], [3], [4], [5], [6]. Mindestens für diese Gruppe von Frauen wäre deshalb eine evidenzbasierte, nicht medikamentöse Therapie wünschenswert [7], idealerweise zur einfachen Selbstanwendung.
