Indikationen

  • maligne Nierentumoren > 7 cm bei gesunder Gegenniere

  • zentral gelegene Nierentumoren bei gesunder Gegenniere

  • fehlender Nachweis eines V.-cava-Thrombus ≥ Level 2

  • zytoreduktive Chirurgie vor Einleitung einer systemischen Therapie mit Multityrosinkinase-Inhibitoren oder antiangiogenetischen Medikamenten bei metastasiertem Nierenzellkarzinom und bei guter Prognose

  • sekundäre Nierentumoren, wenn Niere einziger Metastasierungsort

  • funktionslose Nieren verschiedener Genese

  • Donornephrektomie im Rahmen der Nierentransplantation
