Zusammenfassung
Die orthodontische Zahnbewegung involviert Zellen des Parodonts und deren Moleküle. Durch die Verbindung von Matrix und Zellen reagieren die Zellen hierbei mit der Expression bestimmter Moleküle, die dann die Umbauprozesse im Ligament und später im Knochen induzieren, sodass die Zahnbewegung ablaufen kann.
Abstract
Orthodontic tooth movement (OTM) involves periodontal cells and their molecules. Since the cells are interconnected with extracellular matrix, the cells react with the synthesis of certain molecules within OTM. These molecules in turn induce the turn-over processes in the ligament and the alveolar bone, thereby facilitating OTM.
