In the legend to figure 1 an incorrect time of the follow up was given. The correct legend is: 23-year-old male with an isolated Hawkins II fracture of the talar neck secondary to a sprain injury sustained while playing recreational sport: Preoperative plain radiograph (a), plain radiograph on the first day after surgery (b), plain radiograph at follow-up 73 months after ORIF (c).
