Zusammenfassung
Ziel Anliegen der Studie war es, die Umsetzung von Gesundheitsförderung in Kitas eines sozial benachteiligten Stadtteils (Leipzig Grünau) zu erfassen und die Perspektive pädagogischer Fachkräfte hinsichtlich förderlicher und hinderlicher Faktoren zu eruieren, um daraus Ansatzpunkte für (kommunale) Gesundheitsförderung abzuleiten.
Methodik Zwischen Januar und April 2019 wurden mittels leitfadengestützter Interviews VertreterInnen aus 14 von 20 Grünauer Kitas befragt.
Ergebnisse Alle Kitas setzen Gesundheitsförderung im Alltag um, die Dosis, Vielfalt und Ressourcen variieren jedoch erheblich. In vielfältigen Kooperationen im Quartier, guten Fortbildungsmöglichkeiten, einer gezielten Unterstützung bei der Elternarbeit und besseren personellen Rahmenbedingungen werden Potenziale für eine bessere Gestaltung von Gesundheitsförderung gesehen.
Schlussfolgerung Kommunale Gesundheitsförderung versteht sich als das Dachsetting innerhalb eines Gemeinwesens. Ihre aktive Mitwirkung und politische Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Rahmenbedingungen für Kindertagesstätten und an einer verbesserten Einbindung der Kitas in ein Quartier sind wesentliche Beiträge zur Kindergesundheitsförderung.
Abstract
Purpose The aim of the study was to record the implementation of health promotion in day-care centres in a socially disadvantaged district (Leipzig Grünau) and to determine the perspective of educational staff with regard to promoting and hindering factors in order to derive starting points for (community based) health promotion.
Methods Between January and April 2019, structured interviews were conducted with representatives from 14 of 20 day-care centres in Leipzig-Grünau.
Results All day-care centres implement health promotion in everyday life, but the dose, variety and resources vary considerably. Diverse cooperations in the neighbourhood, good further training opportunities, support in working with parents and more optimal staffing conditions provide potentials for a better implementation of health promotion in day-care centres.
Conclusion Community based health promotion is understood as the umbrella setting within a community. The active involvement and political support to optimise the framework conditions for day-care centres and the commitment to an improved integration into a neighbourhood are essential contributions to health promotion in children.
