Zusammenfassung

Wissenschaftlicher Hintergrund, Erläuterungen, Definitionen von Begriffen, Literaturangaben und Empfehlungen zur Empfehlungen der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Physikalische und Rehabilitative Medizin (DGPRM) zu Struktur und Ausstattung von Akutkrankenhäusern bezüglich Physikalisch-medizinischer/Rehabilitativer Maßnahmen in der Intensivmedizin und Intermediate Care. Konkrete Problemfelder und mögliche Maßnahmen werden erläutert. Sowohl für personelle Schlüssel als auch Therapiefrequenz und Dauer jeweils werden konkrete Empfehlungen benannt.

Abstract

Scientific background, explanations, definition of terms, literature references and recommendations by the German Society of Physical and Rehabilitative Medicine (DGPRM) on structure and equipment of acute care hospitals regarding physical and rehabilitative interventions in intensive and intermediate care. Specific problem areas and possible measures are pointed out. Concrete recommendations are given for staffing as well as therapy frequency and duration.
