Grundsätze der Falldokumentation in der Homöopathie

Zusammenfassung

Kriterien der Falldokumentation für die gesamte Medizin und speziell für die Homöopathie wurden in mehreren Konsensus-Konferenzen und Arbeitsgruppen konzipiert. Die wichtigsten Entwicklungen der letzten 2 Jahrzehnte sind in diesem Artikel zusammengefasst.

Summary

Criteria for case documentation, for entire medicine and especially for homeopathy have been compiled in several consensus conferences and working groups. The most important progresses of the last 2 decades are summarized in this article.
