Fallbericht

Eine 87-jährige Patientin stellte sich in unserer HNO-Ambulanz zur Abklärung einer seit 6 Monaten bestehenden intermittierenden und aktuell persistierenden Heiserkeit vor. Die Patientin war bis auf die Dysphonie in einem guten Allgemein- und schlanken Ernährungszustand. Sie war lebensfroh, Rollator-mobil, lebte allein und wurde durch eine Haushaltshilfe unterstützt (ECOG 2).
