Psychologische Psychotherapie bei persistierenden Schmerzen nach einer HWS-Distorsion

Umstritten und hochkomplex: Persistierende Schmerzen nach einer HWS-Distorsion erklären sich am besten aus der biopsychosozialen Perspektive. Zu wichtigen psychologischen Faktoren zählen ein passiver Krankheitsbewältigungsstil und Posttraumatische Belastungssyndrome. Im Schulterschluss mit der Physiotherapie bietet die verhaltenstherapeutisch orientierte Psychotherapie hierbei erfolgversprechende Therapieansätze.
