Die Myokarditis beim Pferd ist eine selten diagnostizierte, ernstzunehmende Erkrankung. Eine ausführliche Anamnese und Diagnostik sind wichtig, um über die sportliche Nutzung des Pferdes und die Risiken für den Reiter entscheiden zu können.
