Die Notfallkoniotomie ist eine lebensrettende Maßnahme bei einem „Cannot intubate, cannot oxygenate“-Szenario. Im Beitrag stellen wir die Skalpell-Bougie-Technik für diesen Fall Schritt für Schritt vor.
